1. A candidate shall apply for any subjects in Doctoral programs based on the eligibility criteria. Candidate has to pay a separate fee for each subject.
2. All applicants should apply by ONLINE ONLY (www.niftem-t.ac.in) till 5:00 pm on or before 23.08.2024 for M.Tech & Ph.D. programs.
3. The application fee should be paid online by e-Payment in the link for all degree programmes. 

4. OBC-NCL/EWS candidates should upload scanned copy of the latest certificate (check validity period before uploading) - by the competent authority.
5. SC/ST candidates should upload scanned copy of the certificate issued by competent authority. 
6. The candidates seeking admission against differently abled set apart for Hearing impaired /Orthopedically Differently Abled / Visually Impaired should produce the recent certificate from the Medical Board of the District concerned certifying the nature and extent of disability in percentage. Certificates obtained from an individual Doctor will not be considered and such applications will be summarily rejected 
7. List of original Certificates / documents to be scanned for uploading while filling online application

• Proof of Date of Birth – Birth certificate/SSLC certificate
• Original Class X and XII marksheets
• Proof for UG/PG Degree - provisional / degree certificate (Course Completion Certificate from competent authority for result awaiting candidates)
• UG/PG - Consolidated Mark sheet / transcript card
• Certificate of Category (EWS / OBC-NCL / SC / ST /PwD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority as per the prescribed format given in Annexure-I
• Passport size Photo
• Scanned Signature
• GATE score card (If applicable) / Proof of Fellowships
• First page of publications
• Proof of Work Experience
• Proof of Medals & Awards

The online application without uploading the scanned copies of Proof of Date of Birth, Proof for UG/PG Degree, UG/PG - Mark sheet / transcript card and passport photo & signature will be summarily rejected without any intimation. 

9. The online application without uploading the scanned copies of required certificate for claiming EWS/OBC-NCL/PwD/SC/ST, will be considered only for General category.

11. All the original certificates for which scanned copies have been uploaded while filling online application, must be produced for verification at the time of scrutiny. Candidates who fail to produce original certificates will be rejected at any stage. 
12. All Communications regarding entrance test/selection/admission will be notified only by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and hence, candidates are requested to provide active e-mail ID and mobile number compulsorily and check their e-mail and SMS daily. Important dates/notification will be hosted on our institute website (niftem-t.ac.in). NIFTEM-T will not be held any responsibility for failure in delivery of e-mails.
13. Important: Ragging is an offence. students indulging in ragging either inside or outside the college will be prosecuted as per rule. 
14. The user name and password created for online application should be kept securely with the applicant till the end of admission.
