National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T), formerly Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), is an academic institution under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India located at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

The institute is elevated to the Institute of National Importance status by The National Institutes of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) Act, 2021 from 30th July 2021.

The 1st Convocation of National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T) is scheduled to be held on 12th May 2023, Friday, at NIFTEM-T in the august presence of the Hon’ble Minister, MoFPI and BoGs of NIFTEM-T, for conferring degrees to the Graduands.
